岗位职责：

一、      质量体系 Quality system

1、Support quality system engineer for the establishment and implementation and improvement and maintenance of ISO/TS16949,IATF16949 quality system / PMG LD Quality Manual and Procedure Documents and so Ｏn

支持质量体系工程师建立 贯彻执行并维护ISO/TS16949、IATF16949质量管理体系/PMG立德 质量手册和程序文件 等

2、Support quality system engineer for various system audits as Annual Management Review/External Audit/Internal Audit/ Process Audit/Production Audit/la

支持质量体系工程师完成各种审核：年度管理评审/外审/内审/过程审核/产品审核/分层审核/OPEX审核等

3、Responsible for the customer audit, make the corrective actions to ensure close of non-conformity finding with the quality system engineer support

在体系工程师的支持下负责对应客户审核，以及制定、跟踪确认改善措施的关闭；

二、      客户投诉 Customer Concern

1、Responsible for the establishment and implementation and improvement and maintenance of Customer Concern Procedure.

负责贯彻执行并维护改善公司客户投诉流程

2、Responsible for resolution of customer concern use of tooling as tPS/ 8D /5 Why / Fishbone and document the official report to customer as well as internal team.

负责运用tPS/8D报告/5Why分析/鱼骨图等质量工具解决客户投诉问题，并形成正式的报告给客户以及内部团队

3、Responsible for the valuation of the corrective actions effectivity and durative. And lead the lessons learned as : other plant/similar process/similar parts if need and so Ｏn . Push to trace to PFEMA / Control Plan/Work Instruction/ and add the corrective actions to la

负责改善措施的有效性和持续性验证。并组织完成横向展开至其他工厂/类似的工艺/类似的产品等（如需要）。推动将改善措施反映在PFMEA/控制计划/作业标准等 并增加在分层审核清单。定期进行质量审核

4、Responsible for the customer audit due to every customer concern.

负责对应针对各客户投诉的客户审核

5、Responsible for the analysis of customer concern and improvement plan.

负责对客户投诉进行分析，制定改善计划

6、Responsible the disposal of Non-conformity parts in customer site include make rework method, verification rework method accordingly and track with the entire rework status.

负责对客户处不合格品处理方案的制定、确认和进展跟踪

三、      Production Quality Management 生产质量管理

    1、质量培训 Quality Training

Responsible for quality training to all the staffs in work floor as below following PMG requirement:

Quality awareness / Non-conformity management / Quality tooling for problem solving as 8D/tPS/5Why/Fishbone/ / My Quality/Quality Basic/Q-Dash/SPC/MSA/Inspection method and so Ｏn

根据公司要求负责质量相关培训如：质量意识/不合格管理/问题解决的相关工具/我的质量/质量基础/过程统计/测量系统分析/Q-dash等

    2、不合格品管理 Non-conformity management

Responsible for the establishment and implementation and improvement and maintenance of Non-conformity Management Procedure.

负责不合格品管理流程的建立/贯彻/执行/完善和维护。

Responsible for the training of quality awareness to all staffs in workshop

负责对车间全体员工进行质量意识培训

Responsible push up production and engineering department deal with non-conformity components

推动生产、工程帮忙对不合格的处理推进

Support production for non-conformity review

支持生产对不合格品进行评审

Responsible for the definition of  re-check or 100% inspection method

负责复检或100%全检方法的制定

Responsible for the result of non-conformity review and report to quality manager if necessary.

对不合格品评审的结果负责，必要时向质量经理汇报

Responsible for the application to the customer for conditional acceptance if necessary.

必要时，负责向客户提出让步申请

Responsible for the non-conformity review sheet close

负责不合格评审单的关闭

Analysis of non-conformity monthly and focus Ｏn the reduction

按月对不合格进行分析并致力于降低不合格的发生

Responsible for the disposal of separated parts which were held Ｏn

负责被扣在隔离区产品的处置

   3、过程质量控制 Process Quality Control

Support PE for PFMEA and Control Plan review and improvement, responsible for inspection method and inspection frequency definition and improvement

支持工程评审和完善PFMEA和控制计划，负责测量方法和测量频次的定义与完善

Responsible for the inspection training and daily audit of the inspection effectivity and durative

负责测量培训并日常检查测量有效性与持续性

Support for the ECR flow. Participate in the valuation of ECR as well as new machine set up.

Responsible for the application and PPAP to customer of ECR if necessary.

支持工程变更流程，并参与工程变更的评估，包括新设备的引进

必要时，负责向客户提交申请和工程变更的PPAP资料

    4、生产质量改善 Production Quality Improvement

Focus Ｏn  the reduction of NQC/Internal PPM/Non-standard  inspection （rework/100% inspection）

致力于不良质量成本/内部PPM/非标检测的降低（返工/全检）

Publish and push the internal 8D for serious failure or mass non-conformity or re-occurred failure.

当发生重大不良/批量不良或重复发生不良时，发行并推动内部8D

Support for the analysis of the quality records and inspection data in Q-Dash for quality improvement

支持对Q-Dash中测量数据和质量记录的分析以提高产品质量

Support SQE for supplier quality improvement and training and incoming inspection management

支持SQE供应商质量改善和培训，以及来料检验管理

Coordinate and ensure that the emergencies were properly solved in other dept. Or plant

协调、保证工厂或者起其他部门的紧急情况妥善解决

Report to quality manager and direct leader the processing result of unqualified parts

向质量经理和直属领导报告不合格处理情况

Focus Ｏn the definition and improvement of parts valuation standard as well as visual standard following the customer requirement

根据客户要求，致力于定义和改善产品评价标准，包括外观标准

四、      APQP of new project 新品项目管理

Participate in new project feasibility study

参与新品的可行性分析

Support for the collection of customer special requirement and standard of the new project

支持收集客户针对新品的特殊要求和标准

Participate in APQP of new project and review of various phase

参与项目管理和各阶段的评审

Responsible for quality task of various phase

负责各阶段的质量任务完成

Responsible for the definition of the inspection method and the inspection correlation with the customer

Focus Ｏn the measurement plan and alignment with the customer

负责新品测量方法的定义，并与客户完成测量对比

致力于测量计划，并与客户统一测量方法

Responsible for design of special gauge.

Support for MSA.

Focus Ｏn the improvement while the result of MSA is inacceptable or need to be improved.

负责专用检具的设计。支持测量系统分析。当结果不被接受或需要改时，致力于测量改进

Responsible for the full dimension report

Push the improvement while non-conformity happened

负责全尺寸报告。当发生不合格时，推动改善

Participate in review of PFMEA and control plan.

参与PFMEA和控制计划的评审

Responsible for the collection and submission of PPAP documents, especially for PSW.

负责收集整理并提交PPAP资料 ,尤其对PSW负责。

五、      Quality Department Work 质量部门工作

Focus Ｏn achieving and improvement of quality KPI ;

致力于质量KPI的完成和改善；

Responsible for quality monthly report and weekly report to direct manager and share with internal team

负责完成质量月报和周报，向直接经理汇报，并分享至内部团队；

Focus Ｏn achieving the budget of quality CIMs and CIP

致力于质量的成本降低和持续改进计划的达标

六、      Other其他 Follow the requirement and finish the task arranged by matrix manager .

完成并执行直接经理安排的任务或要求。

岗位要求：

一、教育水平:

Prefer University graduate in Engineering studies.

本科工程学专业佳

College degree and 5 years PM experience if possible

大专学历，至少5年PM工作经验

Specialized knowledge and skills:

二、专业知识和技能:

More than 3 years working experience in quality engineer 3年以上质量工程师工作经验.

Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, etc tools

熟悉APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA等工具

Knowledge of machining, heat treatment, powder me

机加工，热处理知识，粉末冶金一般知识培训.

Good at English speaking, writing, and listening if No PM/Material working experience  非粉末冶金/材料专业者需要必备的英语听说写技能

Drawing skill: CAD/UG or others drawing skills is necessary， CAD/UG 或者其他必备绘图技能

Good communication skills

良好的沟通能力.
